The expected delivery time of ordered products is 2 – 5 working days. Different delivery times may apply during busy periods.
When a product is in stock, you will receive it between two to five working days. If the product is not in stock, we will contact you to discuss the possitiblities.
As soon as the product is given to the delivery service, you will receive a track & trace code with which you can track your shipment. The product will be delivered to your door and will not be unpacked or assembled for you.
the Netherlands: We charge an amount of € 5.50 up to € 75,- above that delivery is free.
Belgium: We charge an amount of € 9.00 up to € 75,- above that delivery is free.
Luxembourg: We charge an amount of € 9.00 up to € 75,- above that delivery is free.
Germany: We charge an amount of € 9.00 up to € 75,- above that delivery is free.
France: Tot € 150,- We charge an amount of € 15.00 up to € 150,- above that delivery is free.
Italy: We charge an amount of € 15.00 up to € 150,- above that delivery is free.
Spain: We charge an amount of € 20.00 up to € 150,- above that delivery is free.

We try to package all articles as environmentally friendly as possible. This means that we also reuse boxes and filling material from, for example, our suppliers. It is therefore possible that you can find plastic filling or protection material in the box. If we can’t reuase packaging, we work as much as possible with sustainable materials such as recycled paper. Your purchased product will be carefully and well packed at all times.
Items not in stock
In exceptional cases it can happen that during the processing of the order it appears that the product is no longer in stock and / or does not meet the requirements. In that case we will contact you to discuss and look for an alternative. Of course you we will immediately refund you.
If your order has not yet been shipped and you have not received a shipping confirmation, you can contact us by telephone to cancel your order. Make sure you have your order number ready.
If you want to exchange the item, return the item, costs are for your own account, and place a new order. We will credit the first purchase, the second purchase must be paid in the webshop.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 14 days.
Please contact us and we will send you a return form with instructions.
If the products are too big to take to a Service point yourself, we will arrange a pick-up with our own carrier. Please contact us for this.
As soon as we have received the product, we will confirm it and we will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible.
Conditions for return
Items may only be returned if they are unused, in their original condition and packed in the original packaging, including tickets, labels and the like.
When you return an item, make sure it is packed properly. We can pass on damaged or broken products to you.
The costs of the return shipment are always borne by the customer, unless you have agreed otherwise with us.
Complaints and returns
- A 14 day reflection period after delivery of your order applies to each product.
- The product must be returned in its original condition and including original packaging.
- Returns are only possible in combination with the purchase invoice.
- Returns are for your own account.
- The processing of returns takes an average of 14 days.
